Digital Access, LLC d/b/a Cash2Bitcoin (“Cash2Bitcoin”, “we”, “us”) and any other related entities collectively referred to as “Cash2Bitcoin” or “Cash2Bitcoin Affiliates”, welcomes visitors (“Customer”, “you”, “your”) to its online service (the “Service”).  By using its Service, you are agreeing to the following Refund Policy whether or not you are a registered Cash2Bitcoin.com or Cash2Bitcoin kiosk user/customer.

Cancellation Procedures

Once a transaction is completed, it may not be cancelled.  The transaction may be offset at Cash2Bitcoin’s current asking price. If your transaction is cancelled by Cash2Bitcoin you are responsible for any deficit between the price at which Cash2Bitcoin sold you digital currency and the offsetting current asking price.

Refund Fees[1]

A ten (10%) percent USD administrative return fee for any orders over $100.00 (including, but not limited to, interchange fees, general credit refund transaction fees, processing fees, and address verification fees).  Any and all market gains on refunds shall belong solely to Cash2Bitcoin.

Timing of Refund

Refunds are never guaranteed. To be eligible for a refund a law enforcement report may required. If your refund is approved, the refund will be credited back to you within thirty (30) days of approval, and the refund will be via check or wire transfer at Cash2Bitcoin’s discretion. There are no guarantees whatsoever that we will refund any funds and/or fees, for any reason.

Cancellation of Account

Cash2Bitcoin reserves the right to cancel your account at any time for any reason.

Privacy

You agree that your use of this Service is subject to the Privacy Policy.  Personal and certain other information is subject to our Privacy Policy.  As a condition of using the Service you agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy, as it may change from time to time.  Cash2Bitcoin Affiliates’ Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference, is located on our website at www.cash2bitcoin.com.

Delivery

You agree that your use of this Service is subject to the Terms of Service.  Cash2Bitcoin Affiliates’ services are subject to Terms of Service.  As a condition of using the Service you agree to the Terms of Service, as it may be changed from time to time. You are fully responsible for all taxes.
